 Soetkin Baptist is a Belgian singer and songwriter recognized for her emotive vocal style and passion for music education. Since relocating to Norway in 2015, she has become an integral figure in the Norwegian music scene, particularly through her work with choirs like Det Vilde Kor. 

Soetkin has a strong reputation for her coaching and innovative vocal arrangements. Her work spans various musical genres, from classical to pop to jazz to choral- and world music, reflecting her versatility as an artist. She participated in projects with Rosas and Sidi Larbi Cherkaoui and is part of the Ratas Del Viejo Mundo ensemble. 

With extensive experience both as a performer and a vocal coach, and known for her deep understanding of vocal techniques, Soetkin has contributed to numerous artistic projects and has collaborated with international artists.
